• You can cancel free of charge up to 14 days before arrival.
  After this period, the cancellation fee is 80% of the room price. The same applies to no-shows.
• The reservation must be secured by credit card at the time of booking. The card will not be charged during the booking process.
  Alternatively, to secure the reservation, 100% of the total amount must be paid as a deposit 14 days prior to arrival. For this purpose, we will send you a deposit request with account details and a payment link by email.
• The health resort of Rathen charges a tourism tax per person per night. The exact amount will be calculated at check-in when the guest card is issued. You will find the amount of the levy on our price overview.
